Effective: 2026-05-13 Phase: chord is currently in Coming Soon mode. We do not yet accept orders or process payments. These terms cover browsing, email subscriptions, and account login only. Full commerce terms (orders, payments, shipping) will be published before sale begins.

Passwordless login. We don't store passwords. You can delete your account anytime by contacting dylan@chord.gift.

By subscribing, you agree to receive product launch notifications. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.

Don't try to break, scrape, or abuse the service.

5. Content

Product imagery and descriptions are placeholders until v1 launch. Final pricing and specs are subject to change.

6. Liability

chord is a preview platform. We don't ship products or process payments in v0. No commercial transaction terms apply yet.

7. Future Commerce

When chord enters v1 Commerce (target: 2026-06-21 Father's Day), additional terms covering payments, shipping, and refunds will be published. You'll need to accept them separately.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date and version above show the last update.
